Are the cars used or new?
All vehicles on this website are used. With personal leasing, your car can be delivered within one business day of placing an order.

What do I need to get credit approval?
You must be at least 21 years old and have no credit defaults.
What is included in the lease?
Drivalia finances the vehicle and its equipment. All vehicles come with a set of winter tyres on rims, provided by our official partners.
Drivalia is also responsible for depreciation and resale value, as well as the following maintenance and repair costs resulting from normal use (as defined in section 3.1):
- Scheduled maintenance and periodic inspections
- Service actions as part of the scheduled maintenance program
- Repairs of technical issues (due to normal wear), replacement of blown fuses and wiper blades
- Replacement and seasonal changes of summer and winter tyres due to wear
- Courtesy car during scheduled service (Class A / 1 day per service / max. 100 km per day)
- Tyre storage at Drivalia partner locations
- Optional services: competitively priced liability and comprehensive insurance.
What is not included in the lease?
Vehicle tax, fuel or charging, and car washes. Any services not included in the contract must be paid directly at a Drivalia partner location.

Used leased cars cannot be renewed. The car must be returned on the day of expiry of the contract or, if it is a Saturday or a public holiday, on the next working day.
What should I do when the contract period is about to expire?
We will contact you regarding the end of the contract approximately 1-3 months before the end of the car contract. Please read the return instructions here in the “car return” section.
You are free to travel within the Nordic countries. If you plan to travel outside the Nordic region, please contact Drivalia Customer Service in advance to obtain the required documents and ensure your insurance coverage.
Book maintenance or repairs by calling our national service line. 0207 420 900. You can also book a service or technical fault repair appointment via the service booking form.
Accidents and damage – guidelines:
Fill in a damage report for any damage to your car, even minor damage, as soon as you notice it. Damage reported too late may not be covered by insurance companies. All damage repairs must be carried out by a Drivalia approved repairer.Further instructions can be found here in the “Damage, claims and insurance” section. For assistance on the road, please contact Drivalia Roadside Assistance on 0207 420 899. Calling the number is free of charge. Please note that roadside assistance (e.g. towing) is subject to a charge.
- Follow Drivalia’s maintenance schedule and instructions as per the lease agreement.
- Check engine oil and coolant levels regularly in combustion engine vehicles (refer to owner’s manual). If necessary, contact the Drivalia service number on 0207 420 900.
- Immediately report any damage to the car here, regardless of who caused the damage.
- Have stone chips in the windscreen repaired promptly; if cracked, the windshield must be replaced (as per insurance terms).-Damage to the windscreen is covered by the insurance in force.
- Ensure tyre pressure matches the car manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Make sure your car is inspected on time – uninspected vehicles are not road legal.
