All our cars are serviced in accordance with the importer’s service programme and our salesperson will provide you with more information on your car’s service history if required.

Booking a car

We recommend that you book an appointment and let us know your interest in a particular car, so that we can inform you in good time if there are other people interested in the car.

Yes you can, you are welcome to see more than one car.

Have you seen a car on our website that you want to book and would like to make an appointment for? If so, you can click on “Make an appointment” on the car details page.

You will receive a confirmation email from us and the car will be reserved for you. Our sales representative will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the appointment and arrange a more specific time.

Buying a car

Yes, it is possible! You have 14 days to change your mind. In this case, we offer a full refund if the odometer of the car shows a difference of up to 1000 km compared to the time of delivery.

Absolutely! Prices do not change and purchase orders are always processed on a per vehicle basis.

No. Drivalia works on the basis of fixed prices. This means that the price of the vehicles is fixed and cannot be negotiated. All our pricing is transparent.

Pickup and delivery

Congratulations on your new vehicle. If you’re driving your new car abroad right away, remember to take the following with you when you come to collect your new car:

  • Application for registration (completed by the insurance company)

Yes, you can, but Drivalia does not arrange transport for the vehicle. You are responsible for exporting the vehicle abroad.

Vehicles are thoroughly cleaned before delivery. Maintenance will not be carried out unless the maintenance period has been exceeded (in terms of time or mileage).

We serve you from our Vantaa store, where you can arrange a test drive in advance. If you wish, you can also buy a used car entirely online. We guarantee a competitive price and our cars have a 14-day return policy. Each of our cars has been thoroughly serviced and checked. You get a full service history to take with you. All our cars are fixed-priced – you don’t have to compromise!

No. All used cars at Drivalia are non-smoking.

Our cars have only been owned by one owner, who has returned the car from leasing. In rare cases, the car may have had two previous owners, in which case we always report the case.

Appointments and test drives

It is possible!

However, please remember the following:
Please arrange a test drive in advance by phone or email so that we can make sure the car is there and ready for you to test drive. You will receive confirmation of your appointment by phone or email. Please bring your driving licence with you, test drives are not possible without a valid driving licence.

Yes, it is possible to test drive more than one car. We will help you find the right car for you.

You are welcome to visit us on site to see our cars without an appointment. Please note, however, that our service point may have cars that are already reserved or not already inside.

We therefore recommend that you make an appointment to ensure that the car and the service dealer are ready for you.

Click on “Make an appointment” on the car details page. You will receive a confirmation email from us.

You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm the appointment and arrange a more specific time.

Financing your car

Direct debit is not possible.

However, the reference number of your instalments will remain the same throughout the contract period, so if you wish, you can save the invoice details in your online bank to be debited on the due date or submit the invoice details to your bank’s payment service.

You can also subscribe to receive your invoices in your electronic Netmail inbox. You can find out more about the service on the Post Office’s own website.

In addition to motor insurance, the financed vehicle must have comprehensive insurance, which includes hire purchase insurance. The excess may not exceed € 650.

As a private customer, you will need online banking credentials or a mobile certificate.

As a rule, it is not possible to transfer a hire-purchase agreement to another person or company.
